  1. How long is shipping?                                                        

Shipping times vary from approximately 12 - 20 business days depending on the product and warehouse location. International shipments may take a bit more time.                                            


  1.  Where are your products made?                                                   

Our products are made in various factories across the globe. We ship directly from the factories and warehouses to offer you the lowest possible product and shipping prices.                                      


  1. Do you offer refunds?                                             

Yes, we offer refunds for damaged or lost goods. We do not offer refunds for free or promotional products.


  1.  Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, you will get a tracking number as soon as our systems are updated with one. We encourage you to track your package as well.                                                        


  1. Incorrect address provided by customer (disclaimer)                            
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@yogasupreme.com if you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address.                                                                    

    1. Lost or Stolen Packages                                       
    Yoga-Supreme is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you with your tracking number.
