How long is shipping? Shipping times vary from approximately 12 - 20 business days depending on the product inventory and the warehouse location. International shipments may take a bit more time.
Where are your products made? Our products are made in various factories across the globe. We ship directly from the factories and warehouses to offer our customers the best possible product prices and shipping rates.
Do you offer refunds? Yes, we offer refunds for damaged or lost goods. We do not offer refunds for free or promotional products. We will not refund if a style or size is not selected correctly by the customer at the time of checkout.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes, you will get a tracking number as soon as one is generated in our system. We encourage you to track your package as well using https://17track.net. When you are there, simply enter your tracking number into the box and hit the orange "Track" button (no need to log in or register). It's a helpful website to track ANY package, regardless of shipment method or company.

Lost or Stolen Packages Yoga-Supreme is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a customer suspects that a delivery has been lost or stolen, it is that customer's responsibility to contact the postal service. Some postal services offer Geotracking, which will show the exact location of the final scan of a package. Use the following websites to find the Post Office closest to you.
